a) Website (Wix Hosting)

  • Aggregated analytics about site usage.

b) Clipboard Browser Add-in

When you use our browser add-in:

  • IP address (used only once to determine your country of origin for licence and tax purposes, not stored afterwards),

  • URLs accessed with the add-in (used to validate licence usage and compliance),

  • First name, surname, and email of the person responsible for licence management (provided by the user or via Stripe).
    Licence data is stored until the licence expiry date plus 3 months, unless extended.

c) Google (Chrome Web Store Developer Console)

We receive aggregated statistics from Google about add-in downloads and active usage, including geographic distribution. We do not place Google tracking code inside the add-in. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

d) Appointments (Calendly)

When you book an appointment, Calendly collects your name, email address, and booking details. If you pay for a session, payments are processed by Stripe. See Calendly’s Privacy Policy.

e) Payments (Stripe)

When you make a payment, Stripe collects payment details (such as card number), billing address, and IP address. Stripe may also determine your location for tax compliance. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

f) Data that is given to us by you

  • Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, we will only hold your Data on our systems for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy policy or until you request that the Data be deleted.

  • Even if we delete your Data, it may persist on backup or archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.
