Techris is part of the implementation project and providing the lead consultant for the service and maintenance workstream for a global manufacturing company in the agricultural sector.  With presence in the UK, Italy, Brazil, Poland, China and the USA, our consultant is involved in designing processes that can be universally understood and implemented in the customers phased roll out of the IFS Cloud solution.  

 

Our consultant has also provided technical expertise to the project to rapidly prototype automations that will reduce complexity of the system and ensure compliance with the defined processes.   This reduces the number of screens and button clicks that are required to operate specific processes, freeing up FTEs to execute the required work.  

 

So far, Techris Consulting has enabled this customer to:  

 

• Automate complex processes, providing a framework to expand the processes with no future development of the code. 

• Utilise preventative maintenance to service end user equipment and control the manufacturing and refurbishment of customer rented equipment.
